About Yumeto

The Yumeto Scanlation Project, like most things, is born a young and fragile dream.
But, we at Yumeto are not afraid.  We Dream to Dream.

From its inception as a idea and nothing more, the purpose of the group has been one and the same:
To provide a service of scanning and translating for the glorious fans that keep an industry alive.

What makes us different?

We are small.  This may not say much to you, or, it may say a lot.  What it says to us is that we have a responsibility to maintain a well-balanced amount of projects.  What it means for you is a minimal workload that is perfect for a new editor/translator.  We are all new.  So, in this way, Yumeto is a group for you to grow.

Another thing that makes us different is what projects we'll take.  There are abandoned manga and doujinshi scattered through out the Internet.  We don't want to ignore such works.  They deserve to be finished.

Our dream is far from over and more is certainly yet to come,
Kohta

From the other Co-Founder

When I first suggested making Yumeto, it was nothing more than just some idea that we might start and quit quickly. I'm surprised that we are actually trying to follow through with this. Although it is a little early to say these sorta things, this is true. This is the first idea we have ever taken this far; we've had several ideas like making our own manga or making our own spinoff Touhou game (which Kohta is still working on). I wasn't really serious when I first proposed it, but now I really do want to see this scanlation group grow.

So, if you had the patience, interest, boredom, or whatever else keeping you here reading this, do consider joining our group. While Kohta insists on having that application, I personally would just like to see people interested joining us, regardless of experience or lack of. That's what tutorials, time, and friends are for right?

If you do want to join us dreamers, then don't hesitate.
